Kayang bumili ng frigates ang Pinas ng hindi lang dalawa, kundi mahagit pa. Ang gawin lang, ang part ng royalty sa malampaya ay i-allocate sa bibilhing mga barko. I-mortize ang payment for 5 years. Maybe a US$1billion could already buy a mixture of frigates, corvettes and partrol ships that are reaily-deployable…KAHIT SLIGHTLY-USE. National defense is important to any country. A country doesn’t have to have expensive and sophisticated equipment but a fighting heart among the armed forces and support of the people. With it, plus a semblance of credible equipments and machinery, will make it hard for any country to invade another nation. Ginagawa na natin ang makipag-negotiate, pero iba ang pananaw ng mga chinese..ayaw humarap sa international court.
